manhattan, ny part IV

On our last day in the city, we got up and made our way to Rockefeller Center. The weather was a bit dreary; the first time it would rain since we got to New York City! Rockefeller isn’t as pretty as it would have been in the winter time. I’m sure New York City during the holiday season is awesome; I have yet to experience unfortunately.

And of course we made our way to the Lego store afterwards. We killed some time there once it started drizzling a little.

Since Brian had never been to Central Park, we walked around. And I took many many pictures of ducks. We thought about going to get ramen afterwards, but we realized that would be cutting it too close to when we would need to head to the airport. On our way back to my cousin’s place, we stopped at Bon Chon and had their infamous fried chicken there. It was delicious, but I like 99 Chicken better back in the Bay.

All in all, a fantastic trip. I always enjoy my time in the city!

Afterwards, we went to Bouchon Bakery where I spent too much on their famous macaroons. I don’t know what I was thinking since we have this back at home. Ha!
